My order hasn’t arrived. Where is it?

You can track your order anytime with your tracking number, which will be added to your order on the day it has been booked in with the currier.

As a delivery estimate, your order should be with you within 2/3 days. If you have paid expedited delivery, your order should be with you next working day (Monday-Friday) if you ordered before midday and in stock. You can first check that it has been dispatched by logging into your account. If it has been dispatched and the expected date has passed with no sign of your delivery then we recommend that you ask your neighbour if the package has been left with them. Also other family/household members. If there’s still no sign of your order please email with your order number, date, and contact telephone number and we will track your parcel on line & sort it out.

How can I get free delivery? /  Why didn’t I get free delivery?

Free delivery is available if you’re ordering items over the net value of £100  for delivery to the UK mainland excluding highlands Off shore islands and N-Ireland.

Can I return my item?

You may return unopened unused items in a re-sale condition sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We offer a no quibble return policy for ‘i have changed my mind’ or ‘I have ordered in error. The responsibility for return is with yourself. Please let us know asap if you are returning any goods for refund.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 days of return. Most refunds are fully refunded in 1-2 days after we receive and process your return.

International Orders  Will take 4/5 working days to most countries. We are currently using Fedex curriers. Just use the shipping calculator to choose your country and town/city.
